Orders on this website are for collection from our Al Umrah, Makkah location. We do not offer delivery through this site.

The checkout supports payment at collection and online payment. Each option becomes available when the restaurant activates it. An online payment is confirmed only after the payment provider verifies it.

Verify your phone number to access TEN Club. Earn 1 point per SAR actually paid on collected orders, plus 10 welcome points after your first paid, collected order. Redeem 100 points for SAR 5 off an order of SAR 20 or more, once per order. Points are not earned on redeemed credit; cancelled or refunded orders do not earn rewards.

You can order as a guest. Verified phone sign-in is needed for your points, past orders and reward redemption. Your contact phone is used to help fulfil your order.

Please speak to the restaurant before ordering. A verified item-by-item allergen guide is being prepared. Our kitchen may handle common allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Do not rely on photos or descriptions to determine whether a meal is safe for you.

Contact the restaurant as soon as possible. Changes depend on whether preparation has started. Your tracking page shows the latest order status. A submitted order is not accepted until the restaurant confirms it.
