Prices and order acceptance

Prices are in Saudi riyals. Price and availability are checked when an order is submitted. Website receipt of an order is not restaurant acceptance; acceptance appears on your tracking page.

Collection and payment

Orders are for collection from our Al Umrah branch in Makkah. Collection times are estimates subject to restaurant confirmation. Choose from the payment methods available at checkout.

Changes and refunds

Contact the restaurant promptly to request a change or cancellation. Availability depends on preparation status. Any refund due is handled by the restaurant using the appropriate payment method.

TEN Club rules

Earn 1 point per SAR paid on collected orders. Redeem 100 points for one SAR 5 discount per order of SAR 20 or more. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Rewards are subject to availability and the rules displayed when ordering.
