We use your name, phone number and order details to fulfil collection orders. If you join TEN Club, points and order history are linked to your verified phone account.

Protecting access

Access to rewards and past orders requires phone verification. Only authorised staff may manage orders. We do not store card details; an activated payment provider processes them.

Storage on your device

We save your basket and language preference on your device. Sign-in uses necessary storage to maintain your session.

Contact and marketing

Order communications are separate from marketing. Membership does not automatically subscribe you to promotions. For requests about your information, contact our restaurant team at the Al Umrah branch.
